What to Bring?
Lake Michigan can be cool even on a hot August summer day. Bring warm clothes, wear soft soled shoes. You can bring beverages, snacks and beer, but please, no hard liquor. Bring a cooler to take home your catch. We'll clean and bag it for you. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses, and don't forget your camera so you can take memorable pictures of your trip.
Fishing Licenses?
A fishing license is required for anglers 16 or over. 2-day licenses are available onboard for a price of $14.00. If you have a license, make sure you have a Great Lakes trout and salmon stamp.
How many people can I bring?
A maximum group of six people by its U.S. Coast Guard license, however, Maritime works with many of the finest port captains and can book group charters, up to 12 boats (72 persons). We can arrange company fishing tournaments, or promotional outings for your company employees.

Captain Marc Sobeski
Captain Marc Sobeski is a fully licensed Captain by the U.S.Coast Guard. (USCG) and the State of Wisconsin. Marc is fully insured for commercial operation. His 16 years of fishing experience on Lake Michigan, winning recognition from the Great Lakes Sportfishermen of Milwaukee as "1994 Fisherperson of the Year". Captain Marc is certified by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as an Anger Education Instructor. He and his crew will guide your fishing party to the hottest fishing spots on the lake. Marc philosophy is a "hands on" fishing experience. Whether you are a seasoned angler, or a beginner, the Maritime crew will make sure your fishing experience is enjoyable and you'll return year after year.
